Daan Utsav is India’s ‘Festival of Giving’ that takes place every year from October 2 to October 8. This Daan Utsav 2020, Xondhan Foundation, in association with Child Help Foundation, has organized various events through out the week.
Day-1 (Sanitary Pad Library): Celebrating Daan Utsav – Joy of Giving Week with our Sanitary pad library initiative- An awareness program on Menstrual Hygiene. It’s a joint effort from Xondhan Foundation and Child Help Foundation. We have distributed Sanitary pads to students of 3/4villages in Malegar, 4th part, Bongaigaon, Assam.
Though I actually may not be doing any such thing for some social cause but I personally as well as from the very depth of my heart always respect as well as feel so very grateful to all the very NGOs which are actually just doing so much of social work without any favours.
