Empathy is what we need to change the world. We celebrated Diwali with the children from State Home for Women (Jalukbari, Guwahati) on 31st October 2016.
At present there are five home with more than 120 children and adults.
- State home
- Observation home
- Children home
- Transit home
- Destitute home
We conducted fun games among the children and also let them saw their talents in singing/dancing etc. It was a fun filled session interacting with the children and adults staying in this home.
We also arranged lunch and Diwali sweets &lights for them.
This was the best Diwali for us. Their happy faces made our day. They taught us how to be happy with a little.
